Since we want to support the catering industry due to the current lockdown, we used the pick-up service that the restaurant offers last weekend. We ordered Fussiloni al Ragú once and South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen once. The food was ready at the agreed pick-up time and tasted good. However, the Schlutzkrapfen were only lukewarm (I then warmed them up in the microwave), although I was there on time to be picked up and only have a short way home. What annoys me most is that I reported this via email on the same evening and (so far) did not receive a response; you don't seem to need it. We will not visit the restaurant again.

I found wait in the food. And the food wasn't even warm, not recommendable!

Very tasty food and more than nice service

Cozy restaurant with a small, high-quality menu. The service was extremely nice and attentive, the high-quality food was simply delicious. The truffle pasta was excellent, the wine quite expensive but good. A cozy place on a wonderful summer evening. It was a great event all round.

3 course veggie menu ordered. Italian, sophisticated, original dishes for EUR 36.00, sophisticated, higher priced wine list, beer at the usual prices. Dishes were tasty, the main course a little too salty. Was unusually thirsty after eating. Located in the picturesque old town of Neustadt. New cutlery for each dish here, of course. Nice service. Not for quick eaters as some time passes between courses. Only higher-priced menus are available on the menu, so something special.

Lovely restaurant. The staff are the best; lovely genuine people. The food is amazing, and they do their utmost best to cater for your needs. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. You will not be disappointed. I had a most pleasant experience here. I hope to return again in the near future. ??

We had two super nice evenings in the dining room. Great food (everything was very very tasty, favorites were octopus and truffle pasta) and wonderfully uncomplicated, humorous and attentive service. It sits nicely outside and the wine selection leaves nothing to be desired. Go for it!

Tasteful, stylish ambience with excellent star-level food and a friendly crew.

Very friendly personal. The atmosphere also cozy on both outside and inside as well. Outside your surrounded by beautiful buildings, narrow streets and trees. The classical menu is bellisssimoooo.desert as well:) So, we decided to come back once again. You can celebrate here your specific events in a calm cozy way with wine in hand.

Nice place to stay and enjoy. The lunch menu is really good value for money. Since it can be combined from different courses, there should be something for every taste. The service is very friendly and attentive. The dining room - highly recommended.

By chance we got into the restaurant. Nothing better could have happened to us. Everything from the service to the food was great. Thanks ..... we were 4 people and had tried 9 different dishes, all were very good, but the Tuscan bread salad was the icing on the cake. If I would have given 6 points for food. I accidentally wrote 2 reviews .... I was so thrilled.

To the dearest birthday here - pre booked - turned. Everything to our complete satisfaction. The 5-course tasting menu: each course is a highlight in itself. Possibly. with the soup a little less salt would have tasted a little better. Service very prudent and fast. . Just go ...

Bright and attractively decorated and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dorado Royal rounded with Riesling / Gewürztraminer semi-dry tasted good.

"Eating makes you happy" this is not just a phrase but program! watching My husband's face while we spent a lovely evening here has really proven! The food simply was fun! The sophistication was evident in many small explosions of flavor and my husband and I both agree - here we were not sure the last time! Thank you to the dining room team for this great experience that wonderful wine recommendations which were just perfect and happy evening. Everything was right here!

Plus-side: decent location, nice and simple arrangements. However, the food is pricey for the quality and the service rather cold and disinterested; got my order wrong without apologies, overcooked our fish and became defensive when we offered some suggestions. Won’t be going back.
